The Bayelsa State Commissioner for Trade and Commerce, Otokito Federal Oparmiola, has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.
Gunmen allegedly kidnapped Otokito from his home in Otuokpoti, Ogbia Local Government Area of the state.
The gunmen are alleged to have stormed the neighborhood about 11 p.m. on Thursday, firing randomly before making their way to Otokito’s home, where he was carried away to an unknown destination.
