Why I started dating again barely one year after divorcing Korra Obidi – Dr. Justin Dean

Published

on

Dr. Justin Dean, the estranged husband of popular Nigerian dancer and singer, Korra Obido has revealed why he started dating again barely one year after his union with the dancer packed up.

According to the question and answer he had on social media, Dean said he only lives once, so he is allowed to enjoy his life to the fullest.

A fan asked are you dating again and he responded ‘Yes’

Another asked why he jumped into a new relationship so quick, the father of two said, ‘YOLO’ which means You Only Live Once.

Recall that a few months ago Dr. Dean opened up on how broken he was since their marital crisis started.

Via his Instagram page, he lamented that Korra Obido doesn’t care about their marriage and that he had to leave the marriage for his mental health.

Posting a photo of himself on Instagram, Dr. Dean wrote, “I’m heartbroken! Anyone that knows me or watches me online knows that I’m a dedicated family man to both Korra and my children.
This is honestly the hardest decision of my life, but necessary. I’m walking away from this marriage for my mental health and to be the best version of myself. I must set a healthy example for my children. This has nothing do with postpartum depression. I’ve been betrayed once again and she is unbothered, which pretty much summarizes our marriage.

My apology to the all the young men and women that believed we had a “perfect marriage”. Marriage is based on mutual love, respect, humility, accountability, empathy, apologies and most of all effective communication to understand the other person’s perspectives. Likes and views shouldn’t be the highlight of your relationship. Men: Your mental health matters! In order to be strong, you have to be happy.”

Dreams come true indeed and has for Niniola as she actualises a long-standing dream to work with Diddy years after DMing him.

Nigerian vocalist and the Queen of Afrobeats, Niniola, has secured a collaboration with American musician and mogul, Did.

A story of divine providence and destiny, the two had connected over a video call with an excited Diddy telling Niniola how he wanted them to approach the collaboration saying; “I want you to do it all and send it to me one time when you feel like I’ve given this song my all cause it’s our song. This is what you manifested a long time ago”

Then Diddy had shared how he got the collaboration with Niniola. He said; “I was looking for somebody to be on the Afrobeats remix and Spinalk told me about her. I go to message her then I see that you sent me a message… 2018 saying I want to work with you one day but I’m calling her saying I want to work with her.”

So far, there are no details on what particular Diddy song Niniola is set to submit a verse on but the media mogul had in June this year, put out a 16-track project– Bad Boy Celebrates Diddy: The Artist, featuring diverse talents from Keyshia Cole, R Kelly, Mario Winans, the late Notorious B.I.G and other famous acts. In addition to this, Diddy had put out a single, Go On with Bryson Tiller. As a result, the collaboration which Diddy mentioned was an Afrobeats remix, could be any of these songs.
