“I want more titles, and I will reach that number. It is hard to continue to play, but the passion is still high and motivates me to carry on. It does not matter where I play, whether it is in the Middle East or Europe, I always enjoy playing football, to win trophies and to score goals, and you know my goal. I want to win more trophies and to reach that number you all know. I will reach the 1,000 for sure if no injuries,” Ronaldo said.

The announcement follows his recognition as the Best Middle East Player at the Globe Soccer Awards, marking his second consecutive win in the category since joining the Saudi Pro League in 2023.

Ronaldo’s illustrious career includes multiple league titles, Champions League trophies, domestic cups, and international honours.
