Super Eagles will face Poland and Portugal in June friendlies as preparation for 2027 AFCON qualifiers and Unity Cup

Super Eagles will face Poland and Portugal in international friendly matches in June, DAILY POST reports.

The fixture against Poland national football team is scheduled for Wednesday, 3 June 2026.

The venue for the match is yet to be confirmed by organisers.

The team, led by coach Éric Chelle, will also take on Portugal national football team one week later.

The location for the Portugal encounter has also not been announced.

The Super Eagles are expected to participate in the Unity Cup in May as part of their build-up schedule.

The friendlies form part of preparations for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
