Powell Homes sales rewards top staff with cars, household items, and iPhones during 2025 Realtors’ Day in Enugu to celebrate outstanding performance

Real estate firm Powell Homes has reinforced its commitment to motivating and rewarding its sales force, presenting cars and other gifts to top performers during the 2025 Realtors’ Day at the International Conference Centre, Enugu.

Chief Executive Officer, Onyekachi Emmanuel, said the annual event was designed to recognise excellence and encourage team members beyond standard commission structures.

Beneficiaries received a range of incentives, including cars, refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, generators, iPhones, and other household items. Emmanuel noted that the reward culture has been sustained for two consecutive years.

He highlighted that the 2025 edition was particularly remarkable, with several sales executives meeting the raised performance benchmark for car rewards within a short period.

Two additional vehicles were presented at the event, bringing the total number of cars given out in 2025 to seven, following five earlier distributions in June.

Emmanuel also emphasised the unique value Powell Homes delivers to clients.
