According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, reports from journalist Laurie Whitwell indicate that the extent of the injury will keep the Danish international out of action for an extended period.

“Patrick Dorgu will be out for 10 weeks after suffering a hamstring injury,” Whitwell was quoted as saying.

The injury means Dorgu will undergo a period of rehabilitation before returning to full training, with Manchester United’s medical staff expected to closely monitor his recovery to avoid any setbacks.

Dorgu’s absence will be a concern for the Red Devils, given his recent form and growing influence in the squad.

He was instrumental in United’s 3–2 victory over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, scoring in back-to-back games before picking up the injury.
