Luis Enrique calls Chelsea and Barcelona ‘incredible teams,’ saying PSG will face a tough challenge in Champions League Round of 16

Luis Enrique, manager of Paris Saint-Germain, has described Chelsea and Barcelona as “incredible teams” in this season’s Champions League.

Enrique made the comments following PSG’s 2-2 draw against Monaco in the Round of 16 playoff second leg on Wednesday night.

The result allowed PSG to progress to the last-16 stage with a 5-4 aggregate victory.

Asked about potentially facing Chelsea or Barcelona in the next stage when the draw is conducted on Friday, Enrique told Movistar: “Neither will be easy. They are two incredible teams. Barca is very special to me and if we get Chelsea, we’ll have a few things to work on.”

The manager’s remarks underline the challenge PSG could face as they prepare for the knockout rounds of Europe’s premier club competition.
