Oluwo of Iwoland urges Donald Trump to apologise to Iran over ongoing conflict, saying it could help restore global stability and US leadership

The Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, has called on United States President Donald Trump to apologise to Iran over ongoing global tensions linked to conflict in the Middle East.

The Oluwo Trump Iran apology call was made in a statement issued through his Chief Press Secretary, Alli Ibraheem, on Tuesday.

Oba Akanbi said such a gesture could help the United States restore its global leadership position and rebuild trust among international allies.
