According to reports, the 63-year-old has already begun shaping early plans for his return, including specific requests to strengthen both the squad and his technical team.

One of his key demands is believed to be the signing of Sporting CP midfielder Morten Hjulmand, whom Mourinho reportedly views as a vital addition to reinforce Real Madrid’s midfield structure.

In addition to transfer plans, Mourinho is also said to have requested the inclusion of a former Real Madrid player within his coaching setup, with the aim of strengthening communication between the dressing room and the club hierarchy.

Names such as Toni Kroos, Sergio Ramos and Marcelo have been mentioned in discussions as potential candidates capable of bridging that internal connection due to their deep understanding of the club’s culture.

If confirmed, Mourinho’s return would mark a second spell in charge at Real Madrid, where he previously managed between 2010 and 2013, a period defined by intense rivalries and domestic success.
