Premier League distributes over £3bn in prize money, with Arsenal topping the list after winning the 2025–26 title ahead of Manchester City

The Premier League has released its full prize money distribution for the 2025–26 season, confirming how over £3 billion will be shared among the 20 clubs following the conclusion of the campaign.

Arsenal Football Club, crowned champions of the season, top the earnings chart with £198.7 million, reflecting their title-winning performance and consistency throughout the campaign.

The figures, widely reported by The Athletic, highlight the scale of financial rewards in English football’s top division, with even lower-ranked clubs receiving substantial payouts.

Manchester City, who finished second, earned £192.5 million, while Manchester United secured £191.5 million after finishing third.

Aston Villa followed closely with £182.6 million in fourth place, ahead of Liverpool who took home £181.8 million after ending the season in fifth.

Bournemouth, Sunderland and Chelsea also featured among the top ten earners, receiving £170.5 million, £168.2 million and £162.6 million respectively.

Brighton collected £161.6 million, while Brentford earned £161.5 million, completing the mid-table financial bracket.
