Ganduje, accompanied by Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin and other key party stakeholders from Kano State, made the declaration after a closed-door meeting in Abuja on Thursday.

The former Kano State governor told journalists that the APC in Kano remains united, determined, and committed to retaining both the presidency and the governorship in the next general elections.

“We are here, and we examine the progress, the successes that we have achieved in our great party in Kano State. We are also here in order to assure Mr President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu that our party in Kano State is solidly behind him,” Ganduje said.

He praised Tinubu’s policy reforms, infrastructure projects, and key appointments, stressing that Kano has benefited significantly under the current administration.

Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin described the gathering as strategic, noting that party leaders had resolved to intensify efforts to highlight the President’s achievements to citizens in Kano and across the North.

“We have urged ourselves that we are going to do more to tell the people of our state and indeed the northern states what the President is doing and what he has done for our nation,” Barau said.
