Chemical and Allied Profit 2025 hits N6.12bn, up 61% from 2024, with revenue growth of 23% and strong operating performance

Chemical and Allied Products Plc, Nigeria’s leading paints and coatings manufacturer, has reported a profit after tax of N6.12 billion for the full year ended December 31, 2025, marking a 61 per cent increase from N3.81 billion recorded in 2024, according to its unaudited results filed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).

The company’s profit before tax rose to N9.13 billion in 2025, up 51 per cent from N6.06 billion in the prior year, while revenue increased by 23 per cent to N44.9 billion, from N36.36 billion in 2024.

Commenting on the results, Managing Director Bolarin Okunowo said the performance reflects strong customer trust and market confidence.

“Revenue, operating profit, and profit before tax grew by 23 per cent, 48 per cent, and 51 per cent respectively. These achievements reflect the continued trust and commitment of our customers, trade partners, and employees,” he said.

Okunowo added that the company intends to build on this momentum in 2026 by investing further in its workforce, brands, and operational capacity to meet stakeholder expectations.

Chemical and Allied also reported total assets of N24.7 billion at the end of 2025, representing 26 per cent growth from N19.7 billion in 2024, underscoring the company’s strengthened financial position.

The results highlight the company’s continued market leadership in the paints and coatings sector, supported by expanding revenue streams, robust profitability, and strategic asset growth.
