The match, which saw Nasarawa Amazons fall short against Robo Queens, has drawn attention as both sides prepare for the highly anticipated NWFL Super Six playoff tournament.

Despite the result, Danjuma maintained that the encounter was part of a broader tactical assessment aimed at strengthening his squad ahead of the decisive phase of the season.

According to him, the fixture provided an opportunity to evaluate fringe players and test the overall depth of the team in a competitive environment.

“We used this game to test the strength of the squad and give opportunities to players who haven’t had enough playing time,” Danjuma said after the match.

The Nasarawa Amazons coach stressed that every match remains important in their preparation process, describing the defeat as a useful learning experience rather than a setback.

“Every game counts, and this is part of our preparation for the next competition,” he added.
