Patrice Evra ridicules Arsenal after their UCL final defeat to PSG, sharing a viral clip mocking the Gunners’ Champions League heartbreak

Former Manchester United defender Patrice Evra has once again ridiculed Arsenal following their defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League final, posting a mocking video that quickly gained attention on social media.

The former France international shared a clip featuring the Champions League trophy alongside MC Hammer’s hit song “U Can’t Touch This”, in a playful but pointed dig at the Gunners after their latest European disappointment.

Mikel Arteta’s side had reached the final after a strong campaign but ultimately fell short in a dramatic encounter, losing 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in regulation time.

Arsenal initially took the lead through Kai Havertz, before Ousmane Dembélé restored parity for PSG with a penalty.

The match eventually progressed to a shootout where the French champions held their nerve to secure back to back European success.

In the decisive moments, David Raya saved Nuno Mendes’ effort, but misses from Eberechi Eze and Gabriel Magalhães proved costly as PSG clinched the title.

Evra, who has long enjoyed teasing Arsenal, accompanied his video with a celebratory dance, suggesting that the London club would not be lifting Europe’s top prize for decades.

This latest jibe is not the first time Evra has targeted the North London side. Following their semi final exit last season, he described his remarks as light hearted banter while maintaining a history of playful criticism towards the club and its supporters.
