Millwall have rejected a €20 million bid from Ipswich Town for Nigerian winger Femi Azeez, as interest in the forward continues to grow ahead of the summer transfer window.

Femi Azeez, who plays for Millwall in the Sky Bet Championship, enjoyed an impressive 2025/26 campaign that significantly raised his profile across English football.

The 24-year-old registered 11 goals and eight assists in 37 appearances across all competitions, playing a key role in Millwall’s attacking output.

His performances earned him a place in the Sky Bet Championship Team of the Season, further underlining his growing reputation.

Reports from Football Insider via Football League World indicate that Millwall have rejected the initial offer from Ipswich Town, with the club holding out for a higher valuation.

The Championship side are understood to believe the Nigerian winger is worth more than the €20 million proposal submitted.

Several Premier League clubs are also reportedly monitoring the situation closely, with expectations that further bids could arrive during the transfer window.

Azeez still has two years remaining on his current contract at Millwall, giving the club a strong negotiating position as interest intensifies.
