Victor Osimhen’s Galatasaray will face Liverpool, while Ademola Lookman’s Atletico Madrid take on Tottenham in the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League Round of 16

Super Eagles stars Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman have learned their opponents for the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League Round of 16 following the draw on February 27, 2026.

Osimhen scored in the second leg as Galatasaray defeated Juventus 7-5 on aggregate, while Lookman helped Atletico Madrid beat Club Brugge 7-4 on aggregate after a 3-3 first-leg draw.

According to Sky Sports, Osimhen’s Galatasaray will face Liverpool, giving him a chance to face the English champions again after scoring a penalty against them in the group stage.

Lookman and Atletico Madrid will meet Tottenham Hotspur, a club that previously showed interest in signing the Super Eagles forward.
