According to a statement issued on Saturday, the exercise will officially begin on Monday, March 2, 2026, and is scheduled to run for three weeks nationwide.

The party explained that the PDP Digital Membership Registration aims to produce a comprehensive electronic database of members in line with provisions of the Electoral Act 2026, which mandates political parties to submit verified digital membership registers to the Independent National Electoral Commission.

The National Working Committee approved the exercise to take place simultaneously across all wards in the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory.

Party members and interested Nigerians were encouraged to visit the nearest PDP office within their respective wards to participate in the exercise.
