Coordinators from all 20 Local Government Areas were sworn in to serve as liaisons between government policies and citizens.

Governor Sanwo-Olu described the initiative as an activation platform aimed at deepening public awareness of government programmes, emphasising that it is not a political campaign.

“This is not a campaign rally. This is an activation of what we believe in and a commitment to informing citizens about government programmes and promises being fulfilled,” he said.

The governor highlighted that the coordinators would take awareness campaigns to communities, wards, and polling units, helping to bridge communication between government policies and grassroots communities.

He noted that ongoing federal reforms have contributed to infrastructure development, economic stabilisation, increased foreign direct investment, and improved social welfare initiatives.

To support their operations, each of the 20 coordinators will receive a brand new vehicle to facilitate mobility and outreach efforts.
