Peter Okoye, aka Mr P, has blocked over 350 Facebook users, vowing to keep removing online bullies and haters as part of a personal social media clean-up

Peter Okoye, one-half of the now-defunct music duo P-Square, has taken a firm stand against negativity on social media.

The singer, popularly known as Mr P, has begun what he describes as a digital sanitisation of his online space.

On Tuesday, Okoye revealed that he had blocked more than 350 Facebook users the previous day and promised to continue the purge.

According to him, this decision was triggered by persistent bullying and toxic comments on his personal page.

“My block button has been active since yesterday because I have nothing to lose,” he wrote on Facebook.

“Blocked over 350 people. And I will be doing more today! It’s my page and my business.”

Peter Okoye blocks online bullies unapologetically, noting that fans are welcome, but haters and critics of P-Square’s split are not.

He drew a clear boundary, stating his page is not a space for unresolved grievances about the group’s past.

“If you are still mad, go to the group’s official Facebook page and rant it out,” he added.

“No negative here; it’s either you are a Mr P fan or you are not!”

Okoye also dismissed critics who might view his actions as immature, stating that his priority is preserving his mental peace.

“The new me doesn’t take any nonsense in this space. It’s aura for aura! So feel free to identify your foolish self so I can easily block you,” he added with finality.

This bold move comes as more Nigerian celebrities assert control over their digital platforms, clamping down on online harassment and creating safer spaces for their followers.
