Rangers demand €40m for Emmanuel Fernandez as Chelsea, Arsenal, and Bayern Munich express interest in the Super Eagles defender

Rangers Football Club are aiming to make Emmanuel Fernandez the most expensive outgoing transfer in the club’s history, according to reports by DAILY POST.

The 24-year-old defender joined the Ibrox side last summer from English League One club, Peterborough United, as a relatively unknown player.

Fernandez has since impressed in Scotland, drawing attention from Chelsea, Arsenal, and Bayern Munich.

Fernandez has featured in 21 league matches for the Gers this season, scoring five goals.

TEAMTalk reports that Rangers will only consider bids in the region of €40 million for the Super Eagles invitee.

The defender is contracted to Rangers until 2029, giving the club a strong negotiating position amid growing transfer interest.
