Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has described Arsenal as one of the best teams in world football ahead of their UEFA Champions League final clash with Paris Saint-Germain.

Enrique made the remarks during a press conference on Wednesday, where he reflected on Arsenal’s strength following their Premier League title triumph and confirmed meeting with PSG in the final scheduled for May 30 in Budapest.

He praised Arsenal’s tactical discipline and defensive organisation, saying the English side are particularly strong without the ball.

“We have already faced this Arsenal team, so we are aware of their capabilities,” he said. “Without the ball, they are the best team in the world, and with it, they can score frequently. This creates a remarkable combination for them.”

The PSG manager also acknowledged Arsenal’s impressive season, adding that their domestic success was well deserved.

“I believe they deserve to win the league — they have had an outstanding season,” he added.

The encounter comes after both sides previously met in last season’s semi-finals, where PSG progressed with a 3-1 aggregate victory before going on to win the competition.

Enrique, who has won the Champions League with Barcelona and managed PSG to European success, is expected to lead a confident Paris side into the final as they aim to defend their continental crown.
