Akor Adams transfer talks continue as Sevilla demand €15m from Venezia for the Nigeria striker after his impressive LaLiga season

Nigerian striker Akor Adams has emerged as a key transfer target for Serie A newcomers Venezia, with Spanish club Sevilla placing a €15 million valuation on the forward as negotiations continue on July 7, 2026.

The 26-year-old striker has attracted interest from Italy after an impressive campaign with Sevilla, where he contributed 10 goals and three assists in 32 league appearances last season.

According to reports from Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, Venezia have already reached an agreement with Adams over personal terms and are now working towards reaching a financial agreement with Sevilla.

Sevilla are open to allowing the Nigeria international to leave but are determined to receive an appropriate fee for a player they believe still holds significant value.

The LaLiga side have also granted Adams permission to discuss a possible move with Venezia, signalling that the club is prepared to consider offers during the current transfer window.

Adams joined Sevilla from French club Montpellier in January 2025 in a deal reportedly worth around €5 million. Since arriving in Spain, the striker has shown his ability as a powerful attacking option and has strengthened his reputation in European football.

A potential move to Venezia would represent another important step in Adams’ career as the Italian club look to strengthen their squad following their promotion to Serie A.

The striker’s physical presence, finishing ability and experience in European competitions have made him an attractive option for clubs seeking attacking reinforcements.
