Taiwo Awoniyi has praised his teammates following Nottingham Forest’s hard-fought 2-2 draw away at Manchester City.

Forest twice came from behind to rescue a point in the thrilling encounter, showing resilience against the defending champions.

Awoniyi was introduced 11 minutes from time, marking his 10th league appearance of the season.

Reacting to the outcome on social media, the Nigeria international commended the team’s determination.

“Good away points earned and top fight from the Lads. We keep going,” Awoniyi wrote on his Instagram page.
