Brad Pitt home burglary is under investigation after Los Angeles police confirmed a break-in at a residence reportedly owned by the actor.

Pitt, who is currently on an international promotional tour for his upcoming racing film *F1*, was not at home when the incident occurred.

According to LAPD spokesperson Drake Madison, the burglary happened on Wednesday night in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles, specifically on the 2300 block of North Edgemont Street.

Madison stated that three individuals broke in through the front window, ransacked the house, and escaped with unspecified belongings.

Police discovered the intrusion after responding to a triggered alarm.

Three suspects broke into the residence through the front window, ransacked the home and fled with miscellaneous property.

While the authorities have not officially confirmed the homeowner’s identity, reports indicate that Pitt purchased the property in April 2023 for \$5.5 million.

A representative for Pitt has declined to comment on the incident.

The burglary was first reported by NBC News on Thursday and adds to a growing list of recent high-profile break-ins in Los Angeles, including those targeting celebrities like Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Austin Butler, and LAFC footballer Olivier Giroud.

At the time of the break-in, Pitt was attending the London premiere of *F1*, continuing his global tour to promote the film.

Police have not disclosed what was stolen or whether surveillance footage might assist the investigation.
