The 28-year-old managed one goal and one assist in 29 league appearances for the Rojiblancos, a return that has fuelled speculation over his future at the club.

Sources indicate that Bayer Leverkusen are currently leading the race for his signature, despite interest also emerging from several Premier League clubs.

Ejuke joined Sevilla on a free transfer two years ago but has struggled to consistently establish himself as a key figure in the Spanish side’s attacking setup.

The winger is currently valued at around €4 million, according to Transfermarkt, and is expected to attract offers during the ongoing transfer window.
