Davido embraces family, sharing how he left his reckless partying lifestyle to focus on home life with his wife, Chioma

Nigerian Grammy-nominated singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has opened up on his personal growth and the changes in his lifestyle following marriage to Chioma.

Speaking on The Long Form podcast, Davido explained that he has moved from a party-centric lifestyle to becoming more of a homebody, spending time at home and in his studio.

“Blowing up at a young age with freedom, power and money, I used to be very reckless. I used to go to the club every day,” he said.

The singer described how he now enjoys hosting small gatherings at home, cooking and socialising with friends, and winding down late into the night before connecting with his wife over FaceTime.

Despite this shift, Davido stressed that he continues to attend events and parties but now prioritises family time.
