Femi Oluyemi, an education and leadership consultant, emphasized that while government reforms are commendable, sustainable impact requires collaboration with private and community-driven projects.

He spoke at the 2025 holiday coaching organized by the Tola Adebajo Foundation (TAF) at St. James Anglican Primary School, Atikori, Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State, where over 2,000 students participated.

Oluyemi highlighted that the program provides academic support, helps students consolidate learning, improves performance, and prepares them for the next term.

He also noted its role in instilling discipline, teamwork, and a sense of purpose in young learners.
