Jigawa APC endorses Tinubu and Governor Namadi for 2027, pledging loyalty and warning against disunity within the party

The delegation, led by the State Deputy Chairman, Alhaji Nasiru Dahiru Jahun, comprised members of the State Executive Committee and party chairmen from all 27 local government areas.

Speaking at the Government House, Dutse, Alhaji Jahun reaffirmed the party’s loyalty to Governor Namadi, recognising him as the leader of the APC in Jigawa State.

He praised the administration’s “wonderful transformation and unprecedented achievements within just two years,” describing them as historic milestones in the state’s development.

Jahun also issued a warning to members, stressing that the party would not hesitate to sanction anyone who undermines unity or disrespects the state leadership.

“Our loyalty to the governor is like that of the comical character ‘Maha’ to his teacher; without objection, whatever Malam says we will do, and wherever he directs us, we will follow,” he said.

In response, Governor Namadi expressed gratitude for the party’s solidarity and pledged continued cooperation with the APC leadership.

He reiterated his commitment to fairness in party affairs and highlighted that his administration’s 12-point agenda aligns closely with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, both centred on sustainable development and people’s welfare.

Governor Namadi assured that both federal and state APC governments remain focused on implementing people-oriented policies and developmental projects to improve the lives of Nigerians.
