Fenerbahce have reached an agreement with Napoli after submitting an improved offer, while Lukaku has already agreed personal terms with the Istanbul club.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the development on Tuesday, describing the move as a “here we go” transfer while noting that the remaining paperwork is still being checked.

“Romelu Lukaku to Fenerbahce, here we go!” Romano wrote.

He added that Napoli had given the green light after accepting a new bid worth more than €6 million, with Lukaku agreeing all terms and the documentation now being finalised.

The agreement represents a decisive step towards ending Lukaku’s time in Naples, with the Belgian striker expected to leave Serie A for a new challenge in Turkey.
