Miss Jamaica Hospitalised after an accident during the Miss Universe 2025 preliminary rounds in Thailand.

Dr Gabrielle Henry, representing Jamaica, fell from the stage on Wednesday while participating in the evening gown segment. Social media clips captured the moment the beauty queen, dressed in a flowing orange gown, stumbled and was quickly taken from the stage on a stretcher.

The Miss Universe Organisation confirmed the incident in a statement, saying Henry is receiving medical attention at Paolo Rangsit Hospital in Bangkok.

Miss Universe President, Raúl Rocha Cantú, who visited Henry at the hospital, reassured the public that the contestant sustained only minor wounds.

“She is receiving treatment at a hospital in Bangkok, where she will remain under observation overnight,” he said.

The pageant continues amid concern and well wishes for Henry, as fans and fellow contestants express their support online.
