Chelsea’s Pedro Neto apologised to the PSG ball boy 35 times after pushing him during the Champions League match, giving his shirt as apology

Chelsea star Pedro Neto revealed that a Paris Saint-Germain ball boy apologised to him at least 35 times after an incident during their 5-2 Champions League defeat at the Parc des Princes.

Neto pushed the ball boy while trying to quickly retrieve the ball late in the game. He later admitted the act was wrong and expressed regret, describing it as “not my character.”

In a post-match interview with TNT Sports, Neto said, “I gave him a slight push, realised I hurt him, and immediately apologised. I also gave him my shirt because such behaviour is unacceptable.”

The ball boy accepted the gesture and apologised repeatedly, showing the unusual and heartfelt exchange after the high-intensity match.
