Doue opened the scoring with a deflected effort that looped over Liverpool goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili to give PSG the lead.

Kvaratskhelia then doubled the advantage with a composed finish, putting Luis Enrique’s side in a commanding position ahead of the return leg.
