The programme is designed to strengthen local capacity in the oil and gas sector by supporting Nigerian students pursuing approved technical and energy-related courses within the country’s tertiary institutions.

According to the PTDF, the scholarship aims to reduce reliance on foreign expertise while building a stronger pipeline of skilled professionals for Nigeria’s energy industry.

Applicants are required to apply exclusively through the official portal at [https://scholarship.ptdf.gov.ng](https://scholarship.ptdf.gov.ng).
