President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani as Renewed Hope Ambassador and deputy director-general for party outreach, engagement, and mobilisation.

The appointment is part of APC’s strategy to foster inclusiveness and strengthen public confidence ahead of the 2027 elections.

Governor Sani’s responsibilities include working closely with the APC hierarchy and director-general of Renewed Hope Ambassador to ensure harmony, strategic coordination, and nationwide mobilisation.

He will promote APC programs, policies, milestones, and achievements to the public.

The appointment comes amid the detention and bail of former Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, stated that the appointment takes immediate effect.

President Tinubu emphasized that Governor Sani’s leadership will guide the process of ensuring citizen awareness and support for APC candidates across the country in the 2027 elections.
