Travis Scott Video Set in London faces knife scare. Tyla was evacuated and a 29-year-old man arrested as police probe threats made to crew member

Travis Scott Video Set turned chaotic after an alleged knife threat forced police to intervene during a music video shoot with South African singer Tyla in Tottenham, North London.

The shoot, reportedly located near the notorious Broadwater Farm Estate, was underway on Wednesday when a 29-year-old man allegedly threatened to stab a crew member, causing panic on set.

“It was terrifying for everyone… Tyla was taken off set, and the area went into lockdown,” a source told The Sun.

According to reports, the incident occurred roughly 40 yards from Tyla while she was performing. Though Travis Scott, 34, had already been secured away from the scene, the entire production halted immediately as security responded.

The Metropolitan Police confirmed that a man was arrested in nearby Willan Road after being reported by a crew member.

No knife was recovered, but officers found Class B drugs and cash on the suspect.

“Officers stopped a man matching the description.

He resisted the search and was handcuffed. No knife was found, but drugs were recovered,” the Met said in a statement.

The suspect remains in custody and is being held on suspicion of:

• Possession of a Class B drug
•  Section 4A of the Public Order Act (threatening behavior)

The video shoot was staged close to the Broadwater Farm Estate, historically linked to the 1985 Farm Riot, where PC Keith Blakelock was tragically killed.

That backdrop added unease to the already tense scene.

Despite the frightening moment, no injuries were reported.

It’s unclear if the shoot will resume at the same location or be moved.
