Zinoleesky says fatherhood has changed him in more ways than he ever imagined.

The Nigerian music star, whose real name is Oniyinde Azeez, revealed in a recent interview that welcoming two children in the space of a few months has reshaped his life and mindset.

The singer became a father for the first time in December 2023, when he welcomed a daughter named Zendaya.

Just four months later, in April 2024, he celebrated the birth of his son, Zafar.

Speaking on the Adesope Live podcast, Zinoleesky opened up about how fatherhood has inspired him to adopt a more disciplined lifestyle.

I’m a changed person since my boy got here,” Zinoleesky said. I have to keep my head down and stay focused.

According to the Marlian-signed artist, having children made him more conscious of his responsibilities.

“Fatherhood means quite a lot because I will say I’m a changed person since my boy got here,” he said.

“There are some things that I would have done before or let’s say the way I do some things I have reduced just because of the boy. I have to keep my head down, keep my head straight. And, it has been a blessing, too.”

Zinoleesky, who rose to fame with his unique blend of street-hop and melody-driven sound, now sees his journey through the lens of fatherhood.
