Vinicius Junior sparks exit rumours after angrily reacting to his substitution in Real Madrid’s 2-1 El Clásico win over Barcelona

Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior is reportedly contemplating a shock exit from the club following his furious reaction to being substituted during their 2-1 El Clásico victory over Barcelona on Sunday.

The 25-year-old Brazilian, who played a key role in the win at the Santiago Bernabéu, was visibly angry when manager Xabi Alonso decided to take him off late in the game.

According to reports from Goal, Vinicius shouted “always me” at Alonso before muttering, “I’m leaving the team. It’s better I leave,” as he stormed down the tunnel.

Although he returned to the pitch moments later, his outburst has reignited speculation about growing tension between the forward and Real Madrid’s coaching staff.

After the match, Vinicius was also involved in a heated confrontation with Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal, who was at the centre of a post-match scuffle involving several players from both sides.

Sources close to the player say Vinicius has grown increasingly frustrated with what he perceives as unfair treatment and tactical decisions limiting his influence on the pitch.
