The initiative provides branded bibs, match balls, and other items to reinforce the development of local leagues and enhance the wider football ecosystem.

At the Ojota league centre, Coach Tunde of Dynamic FC welcomed the donation. “Most of our players buy their own training gear, so getting this support means a lot. It shows MultiChoice is thinking about the grassroots, not just the top leagues we watch on TV,” he said.

In Ikoyi, Sunday League player Abbey said the gesture boosted morale among participants preparing for weekend matches.

“It makes us feel seen. We always watch football on SuperSport, so having them support us directly is encouraging,” he added.

League officials highlighted that the equipment would improve organisation, match quality, and participation across centres.
