The contract renewal was agreed after Ayere Sylvester’s performance as an assistant manager and coach in Dubai, where he led global development programmes and supervised the training of thousands of players from different regions.

Ayere Sylvester described the extension as a strong endorsement of his contribution and growing influence within the organisation.

The Nigerian coach said the decision reflected competence, dedication and the measurable impact of his work during the past year.

During his initial tenure, Ayere Sylvester played a pivotal role in shaping the operational and technical framework of Real Madrid World.

He was also involved in the Real Madrid legends initiative, which featured specialised one on one improvement sessions with former Real Madrid defender and three time UEFA Champions League winner Roberto Carlos.

The FA Level 3 and UEFA B licensed coach began his international coaching career in Dubai with Fleetwood United FC.

He served as assistant coach in the second division, worked with the club’s under 15 team and managed the under 23 pathway to the senior squad.

His spell at Fleetwood United proved decisive, as the club won the Division Two title and secured promotion to the First Division, a success that paved the way for his move to Real Madrid World.
