Sergio Ramos is reportedly completing legal formalities to become the new owner of former club Sevilla

Former Real Madrid CF captain Sergio Ramos has reportedly completed the process to purchase Sevilla FC and become the club’s new owner.

Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano disclosed the development in a post shared on X on Tuesday, stating that the agreement is already in place.

According to Romano, Ramos’ brother, René Ramos, has been leading the process behind the scenes as legal formalities continue.

The former Spain international is now said to be waiting for official procedures with lawyers to be concluded before making a public statement on the takeover.

Ramos previously played for Sevilla before joining Real Madrid, where he established himself as one of the most successful defenders in modern football.

During his illustrious career, the defender won multiple UEFA Champions League and La Liga titles with Real Madrid, alongside a FIFA World Cup triumph with Spain.
