England defender Lotte Wubben-Moy restored the lead before Vic Albuquerque converted a stoppage-time penalty to force extra time.

Arsenal’s squad depth ultimately proved decisive. Foord’s near-post strike in extra time broke the resilience of the Brazilian underdogs, who had stunned US champions Gotham FC in the semi-finals earlier in the week.
