Nottingham Forest head coach Vitor Pereira has praised striker Taiwo Awoniyi following his standout performance in Forest’s commanding 3-1 victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Monday afternoon.

Praise follows Taiwo Awoniyi’s standout performance against Chelsea, comes after the Nigerian forward delivered a decisive display, scoring twice and playing a central role in one of Forest’s most impressive wins of the season.

Taiwo Awoniyi opened the scoring impact early, winning a penalty in the 20th minute after being fouled inside the box, which was converted by Igor Jesus.
