Behind Rodri is teenage sensation Lamine Yamal, whose estimated gross weekly salary stands at €400,577.

Yamal’s position near the top of the list reflects the remarkable rise of the 19-year-old, who has established himself as one of Barcelona’s most important attacking players despite his age.

Brazilian forward Raphinha ranks third, with an estimated weekly salary of €320,577.

The figures place Barcelona’s established stars alongside some of the club’s more recent arrivals, illustrating the substantial financial resources committed to maintaining a competitive squad.

Frenkie de Jong is sixth on €250,385 per week, followed by Dani Olmo and Pedri, who are both estimated to earn €240,385 weekly.

New signing Karim Adeyemi also features on €240,385 per week, while Anthony Gordon is tenth on €230,769.

Midfielder Gavi completes the top 11 with an estimated weekly salary of €180,385.

The figures are estimates rather than officially disclosed salaries. Football clubs and players do not always publish the complete details of remuneration packages, which can include bonuses, image rights, signing payments and other contractual incentives.

That distinction is particularly important when comparing players across clubs, as reported salary figures can vary depending on whether sources include bonuses and other forms of compensation.

Rodri’s arrival nevertheless gives Barcelona a striking new leader in its wage structure.

His reported €520,769 weekly gross salary is substantially higher than Yamal’s estimated €400,577.

The midfielder joins Barcelona after a decorated spell with Manchester City, where he became a central figure in Pep Guardiola’s side and won the Ballon d’Or in 2024.
