Chelsea have not publicly denied the report, according to BBC Sport, and are said to be treating the matter seriously as part of an ongoing internal review.

It marks the third reported leak since manager Liam Rosenior took charge, with previous incidents also occurring ahead of key matches, including Champions League fixtures against Paris Saint-Germain.

Despite the recurring issue, Rosenior has previously stated that such leaks have been addressed internally and were not driven by any malicious intent within the squad.
