Dangote Group IATF2025 partnership announced as firm becomes Premier Partner of Africa’s largest trade fair, expected to unlock $44bn in investment deals

Dangote Group IATF2025 partnership has been formally announced, positioning the industrial conglomerate as a Premier Partner of Africa’s largest trade fair—the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF)—slated for September 2025 in Algiers, Algeria.

Organised by Afreximbank, in collaboration with the African Union Commission and the AfCFTA Secretariat, IATF2025 is projected to facilitate over $44 billion in trade and investment deals, with participation from over 2,000 exhibitors and global buyers.

Welcoming Dangote’s involvement, Kanayo Awani, Executive Vice President of Intra-African Trade at Afreximbank, described the group as a “beacon of African industrial excellence,” citing its major contributions like the Dangote Refinery and Fertiliser Plant, backed by the bank’s financing solutions.

Dangote Industries’ Chief Branding Officer, Anthony Chiejina, reaffirmed their commitment to Africa’s prosperity:
