Marseille are negotiating a loan deal for Arsenal forward Ethan Nwaneri as clubs eye his development and first-team opportunities

Marseille are in discussions with Arsenal over a potential loan move for young forward Ethan Nwaneri.

The 17-year-old attacker, who signed a five-year contract with the Gunners in August extending until 2030, has made four starts this season, none in the Premier League.

Reports suggest several clubs are interested in Nwaneri, but Marseille’s style of play is considered beneficial for his development.

Nwaneri is currently in Milan with Arsenal ahead of their Champions League fixture against Inter Milan, as negotiations continue regarding his temporary transfer.
