Harry Kane has tipped Paris Saint-Germain as slight favourites ahead of their UEFA Champions League final clash with Arsenal, offering his assessment after Bayern Munich’s semi-final exit from the competition.

Kane made the comments following Bayern’s elimination at the hands of PSG, despite scoring a late equaliser in the second leg of their semi-final tie.

The Bundesliga champions drew 1-1 in the return fixture, but were ultimately knocked out after a 5-4 defeat in the first leg, ending Kane’s hopes of reaching the final this season.

England captain reflected on the outcome while also turning attention to PSG’s upcoming showdown with Arsenal in Budapest on 30 May.

According to Kane, PSG hold a slight edge heading into the final, based on their current form and performances throughout the tournament.

“In my opinion, PSG are slightly favourites in the final,” he said during an interview with Sky Sports Germany.

Despite the disappointment in Europe, Kane also highlighted Bayern Munich’s ambition to complete a strong domestic campaign, stressing the importance of securing a league and cup double.

“We can win the double,” he added, shifting focus to the club’s remaining objectives for the season.
