“I want to win a lot here. That’s my dream, for this club to be at the top again.”

Mainoo’s comments underline his desire to contribute to a new period of success at Old Trafford, where expectations remain high because of the club’s history and trophy-winning tradition.

The midfielder rose through Manchester United’s academy and established himself in the first team, earning recognition for his composure, technical ability and performances in midfield.

His ambition reflects the expectations of supporters who want to see the club consistently compete for major honours again.
