Lagos Milestone Quiz Competition is set to begin on November 1, 2025, as the Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau prepares to launch an exciting online contest aimed at testing and rewarding students’ knowledge of the state’s history and development.

The competition, organised in partnership with the Ministry of Information and Strategy, will focus on Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s major achievements across the five divisions of Lagos State.

According to a statement issued to Saturday PUNCH, the initiative seeks to expand young people’s understanding of the governor’s impact and the city’s remarkable transformation.

Students are encouraged to visit the programme’s official website to familiarise themselves with key historical and landmark events that define Lagos. The quiz will run online for four weeks, promoting awareness, academic excellence, and civic pride among participants.

Winners who answer the highest number of multiple-choice questions within the set timeframe each week will be rewarded with fantastic prizes, including computer tablets, smart wristwatches, headsets, tote bags, and other exciting consolation gifts.
