Priscilla Ojo says her 24-year-old self and 35-year-old husband Juma Jux have never let age difference affect their relationship

Popular Nigerian actress Priscilla Ojo has addressed public curiosity over the age difference between her and her Tanzanian singer husband, Juma Jux, insisting it has never affected their relationship.

In a chat with Pulse Nigeria, Priscilla clarified that she is 24, while Juma Jux is 35, but stressed that age has never been a deciding factor in their bond.

“What truly matters is the connection between two people and how they treat each other, not the numbers attached to their ages,” she said.

Priscilla revealed that she was unaware of Jux’s age when they first met, noting that he appeared youthful, stylish, and carried himself in a way that did not reflect his actual age.

Spending time together allowed them to focus on their relationship rather than any age difference.

She described both of them as not strictly adhering to their ages, saying, “I don’t act like I’m 24; he tells me I act very mature. He doesn’t act like he’s 35. We do TikToks, we have fun, and we’re just ourselves.”

Despite frequent online discussions about their age gap, Priscilla stressed that it has never posed a problem.

“This age thing, to be honest, I feel like age is just a number. As long as it’s not crazy. It starts from the heart,” she added.

The couple reportedly enjoys playful moments together, making TikTok videos and spending quality time, demonstrating that their bond transcends age differences.
